FAQ’s & Reservation/ Appointment Policies
- We’re a Reservation Only Business
- No Children or Extra Guest are permitted in the building, any guest w/o a reservation must wait outside.
- Debit/Credit cards are required to book & hold reservations
- There is a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes a Late Fee is applied to your reservation
- After 20 minutes your reservation will be cancelled & your card on file will be charged cancellation fee
24 hour Cancellation
- Reservations must be confirmed, cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior
- Unconfirmed reservations will be automatically cancelled & subject to cancellation fees
- Confirm, reschedule or cancel using the Square notifications or call salon to manage your reservation
No Call/No Show
- No Call/No Shows will result in cancellation fees, after 2 you will not be able to prebook reservations
IF THE CANCELLATION FEE IS UNABLE TO BE COLLECTED FROM THE CARD PLACED ON FILE FOR ANY REASON; A CONVENIENCE FEE MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS
